Instructions

Wash Raw green Mango. Wipe it and peel it. Roughly Chop it and boil it in pressure cooker for 2 whistles with very little water. Let the pressure release naturally. Open the lid and now add Fennel Seeds, Sugar or Sweetener of your choice per taste and mix well and leave it. Since mangoes are hot fennel seeds will get soft naturally & Sugar will dissolve nicely. After 10 minutes add Roasted Ground Cumin & Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Fresh Mint Leaves and Blend it until Smooth. Chop some Fresh Mint Leaves and add in the mixture (Optional) ~ it tastes amazing! Now you can leave this Aam Panna Concentrate in refrigerator for max 3 Days or you can Freeze it. To make Aam panna Drink simply add concentrate in glass with water and Ice and mix well. You can adjust this drink per your taste by simply adjusting concentrate & water amount - & also by adding more or less sugar or salt per your tastebuds.
