1. In a mug, add Ghee (or Butter), 3 tablespoons of Chocolate chips, and Sugar. Microwave until the chocolate is melted, checking at 30-second intervals.
2. Now add Oat Flour, Cacao Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Baking Powder, and Salt. Mix well.
3. Add Milk and mix.
4. Add hot water last and mix.
5. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Chocolate chips on top and microwave for a minute or until cooked. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center.
6. Add some sprinkles or toppings of your choice and enjoy.
Notes:
- While cooking with Oats, always keep in mind that moisture level depends on the quality of oats. If you feel your batter is too dry, add a little more water (tsp at a time).
- When the cake is cooked, the edges will separate from the sides. If the toothpick comes out with batter, microwave for a bit more (suggest 30-second intervals and check).
- All microwaves vary, so it might take more than a minute.
