Instructions

1. In a bowl, add Bhakhri Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, baking Soda, Salt, and Oil. Mix well.
2. Check the dough by hand; it should form a lump. Add enough oil if it doesn’t.
3. Add water to knead a firm dough.
4. Give the dough a rest for 10 minutes.
5. Now roll out the Bhakhri (pizza crust) and prick it using a fork.
6. Let it cook nicely on one side and leave the other side undercooked.
7. Apply pizza sauce on the cooked side.
8. Let the undercooked side cook until golden brown.
9. Apply all desired veggie toppings of your choice and shredded Cheese.
