This chutney is a must-have for Vadapav and goes perfectly with pretty much anything! It is really easy to make, but make sure to use a food processor to make it. If you are using a high-speed blender, pulse it through until it is done or you reach the consistency you prefer!

In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. Once it is done, transfer it to an airtight container! Keep it refrigerated for up to 2 weeks (temperature where you live greatly affects storage, so please use your best guess to preserve and if unsure, always make small batches).
