Khajur Makhana Ladoo (Dates Fox Nuts Energy Balls)

1. Clean dates using a wet cotton kitchen cloth and dry them.
2. Chop the dates into small pieces.
3. Dry roast almonds, cashews, and makhana.
4. Add the chopped dates, roasted almonds, cashews, and makhana into a food processor and pulse until the mixture is crumbly. (If your dates have more natural moisture, it may form a dough texture, which is fine.)
5. Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl.
6. Add ghee (or coconut oil) and chopped dried rose petals.
7. Mix everything thoroughly and then form into Ladoo (energy balls).
