First, knead a good simple Methi Paratha dough by adding washed chopped methi leaves, turmeric powder, hing, salt to taste, oil (good moyan ~ add little more than regular), Red Chili powder and water. Once you bind a dough, give it 15 minutes rest. Now, roll the dough and apply ghee first. Then sprinkle red chili powder, wheat flour, and white sesame seeds. Next, cut the dough into stripes and put the stripes on top of each other. Now, make a disk shape from the layered stripes and roll it into a laccha paratha. Cook on both sides until golden brown and enjoy!
