A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring golden-brown paneer cubes, mixed bell peppers, onions, ginger, garlic, and a spicy sauce, garnished with fresh coriander and crushed peanuts.
1. Dice Royal Mahout Paneer. 2. Now add ghee in a pan or wok and let paneer turn golden on both or all sides and transfer onto a plate. 3. Now in same pan or work add sesame seeds, onions and sauté. 4. Once onions turns translucent add grated ginger garlic and chopped spicy chillies. 5. Once onions and ginger garlic turns brown add diced peppers and sauté. 6. Add salt to taste (don’t add much as you will be adding soy sauce later), Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, red hot sauce, soy sauce and mix well! 7. Now add rice flour slurry (1 tbsp rice flour + 1/2 cup water) and mix! Add chopped coriander and water and let it cook 5-7 minutes! Add water as needed at this stage to adjust consistency! 8. Add sautéed paneer cubes and mix! 9. Garnish with chopped coriander and crushed peanuts along with some sliced onions! Enjoy.
