A delicious Indian flatbread (paratha) stuffed with a spicy potato and Thecha (chili garlic paste) filling, flavored with roasted coriander, fennel, ginger, and onions. Served hot with ghee.
1. Dry roast coriander and Fennel seeds and grind into coarse powder.
2. Make Thecha (recipe is listed on creator's reels section).
3. Peel boiled potatoes and mash them.
4. Add prepared coriander and fennel seeds powder, salt to taste, and lemon juice to the mashed potatoes.
5. Now add thecha and mix well!
6. Add chopped onions and Grated ginger and mix thoroughly to form the filling.
7. Roll out a portion of the paratha dough, put the thecha aloo filling in the middle, pinch all the sides together, and take out any excess dough.
8. Now roll the stuffed paratha carefully into desired size.
9. Cook on both sides until golden brown! (You don’t have to add any extra oil or ghee while cooking to make it little healthier). Once golden brown on both sides, apply ghee and enjoy hot♥️
